We are located in Crandall, Texas. We don't have a physical store but in our online store you can place your order and select shipping, Local delivery or pick up.

We ship to all USA and PR. We offer local delivery in Crandall on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Local Pick up days: Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This could change or vary, but we will let you know through social media, contact information and our website.

Our minimum cookie order is 6 units. Our cookies are made from scratch and freshly baked, this requires a significant investment and time. Having a minimum order we maximize the efficiency and quality in our small business.

You can keep the cookies inside the sealed package up to a week. To consume them warm and with the soft consistency in the center you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave up to 8 seconds. Make sure you remove the package first. For better results we highly recommend to warm them up in a pre-heated oven for 5-10 mins (350F). If you wish to store them for later consumption we recommend to freeze them in the same package and additionally in an air tight container for up to one month. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a pre-heated oven at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until the heat reach the center of the cookie.

We work in our production on a daily basis to ensure freshness, quality and excellent flavor. In Bite the Cookie TX we have several flavors and we rotate and change them weekly. Some other will remain in the menu every week. You will see Week Flavors every Monday. Other cookies will be Seasonal (Fall, Christmas, Summer, Holidays, etc) and will only last during that specific time.

Absolutely! Bite the Cookie TX are an excellent and delicious way to keep the party going long and people happy until the party is over.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

For large orders 3-4 weeks will be ideal.

For small and medium orders 2 weeks will be ideal.

You don't have to. We'll surprise your with different flavors for your assortment bundle.

First: Place the bundle in your cart and then write your 4 flavors in the "Order Special Instructions Box". You can specify how many cookies of each flavor you want, if you don't we will send you 3 cookies of each flavor.
